Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship free using USPS to all customers in the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

Ia's Threads offers the following Returns Policy: Return Shipping is on buyer's expense... We will gladly accept the return of products for up to 48hours from the date of receipt/delivery for any reason for:

1. Refund*: Purchase price less 25% restocking fee due to the costs involved and to keep our prices competitive. Please allow 7-14 days for refund to show on your statement from the date we process your return. Refund option is not allowed if store credit was used or purchased with a "Clearance or Special Price". *Please note if you choose a refund route any shipping promotion you have received i.e. Free shipping will be deducted from the total.

2. Exchanges are not offered due to our fast changing stock levels...

All returns without original tags attached and not in it's original condition is not allowed. Request for returns not postmarked within 48hours of receipt, worn items, and/or item beyond light repairs may be completely refused...

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
